Something went wrong while ordering tickets, what should I do?
If you do not receive your tickets in your inbox soon after ordering your tickets, they may have ended up in the junk mail or spam box. If you have not received them there either, it may be that you have not completed the payment completely, or that you have accidentally entered your e-mail address incorrectly. Have you bought tickets but have not received them yet?
